I am excited to present my Meditation CDs, dedicated to your higher awareness, deeper peacefulness and abundant joyfulness. In the actual meditation process during my workshops, I have my Soul gently touch the awareness of each of the participants, so that they could recall their spiritual ground, which they might have forgotten for a long time. My Soul unfolds itself through my heart center and it embraces each participant with its Grace. In that generous and kind space, my Soul is working on each participant simultaneously and helping each one to sincerely acknowledge the perfection in him or her being. In this way, my meditations guide you into the unconditional acceptance of who you really are.

I would consider my meditation as a profound healing and awakening process in the group setting. The energetic dynamics among the participants helped us to be lifted up to a higher awareness. Because of this nature, I was not inclined to create my Meditation CDs by recording in a studio, where I would not see such an energetic interaction. Rather, I chose to record my meditations live at my workshops, placing a special spiritual intention on extending the energy of the meditation to the listeners of the CDs. While actually recording live at my workshop, I open up my Soul’s arms not only to holding the audience in front of me, but also to embrace unknown persons not present at the physical space, whose Souls may gain benefits by being connected with me. In other words, I am using the CD as a medium to energetically transfer the Grace of my Soul to you.

Please try to feel my meditation on a CD rather than trying to understand what I am articulating there. My Soul awareness manifests itself through each of my voices. Thus, please try to taste what kind of energy is woven into my voice. If you would listen to my CDs in this manner, you will surely enjoy it, not bothered at all by the ambient sound or noise caught in the live recording. You will experience the beautiful energy shifts while listening to the CDs, as if you were actually meditating together with me at my workshop.

You need to maintain a child-like mind set, having no assumptions, no judgments, no prejudices against anything, in order to heal your childhood trauma. As you received some impacts in your childhood, you energetically suppressed and concealed your wounded part, which later would become an imprisoned inner child, in order to not feel the pain. In order to rescue and release the inner child out of the cage, you need to approach the inner child with a pure heart, having no judgments against the child. In this meditation, we will try to restore playfulness which we have forgotten through growing up. You will play for fun with your inner child, so that both aspects of yourself (adult-ness and child-ness) would be filled with joy. You will expand yourself with the sparks of joy. Purification through Your Own Death

Our spiritual truth is blocked by the ego. The ego is working hard to defend itself against any possible threats. In the eyes of the ego, God is ‘scary’ because it is far greater than its existence. The ego is doing everything to avoid dissipating into the Spirit, and separating itself from the Source while trying to keep its gap. The fear of death drives the ego to overly protect itself. The fear of death is fuel for the ego, therefore, to transcend the ego requires us to transcend the fear of death. In this meditation, we will imaginarily travel to the moment of our death in this life- time. We will energetically experience the reality after death. In that reality, we will be truly liberated from any pressure or obligation, because we will not have a body. In that space, we can touch our spiritual essence, because we will not have the ego which is afraid of touching it. To enter the highest level of awareness, we need to let go of the need to find significance, and the need for values and meanings. To find a certain value on something means to conceptually judge it. Therefore, it means to conceptually control it. The ego can feel safer through judging everything. Because of this ego’s nature, it is important for us to realize that the mind will never guide us into genuinely deep happiness. The ego has placed us into never ending confrontation. We should not listen to the mind to attain internal fulfillment. In this meditation, we will dismantle idle thoughts or illusions presented by the mind. The inspiration for this meditation has emerged from the devastating earthquake that hit Japan on Friday, March 11, 2011. Needless to say, this earthquake, followed by the tsunami and the radiation release at the crippled nuclear power plant, has imposed great pains on millions of people in Japan. I, myself, am so shocked and feeling their grief and sadness. On the other hand, however, it touched my heart as well. There are so many people, from all over the world, who are showing their compassion, offering actual help, or sending prayers. Regardless of the differences in culture, language, or religion, they act as a human, just to help another human kind. It reminds us that humanity is one. As we touch the beauty in the humanity, we could feel ourselves stronger. In this meditation, we will together try to touch the foundation of humanity that unites us. The essence of our beings cannot be affected by the immense pain and suffering in the disaster. We will together experience that spiritual platform.
